At Genesis all claims are processed within 24 hours and are paid within 30 days from receipt.
All claims received are checked for completeness before payment and your clients are encouraged to check their monthly statements to ensure that the services were in fact rendered.

All claims must reflect your clients membership number clearly.
Service providers are paid directly unless a receipt is attached in which case we will refund the member.
Wondering if your clients refund has been paid? Members that have provided Genesis with their cell phone details will receive a sms when a refund has been paid to them.
